Specifications:

All our trailers are highly customisable.
A standard configuration is shown in the table below:

  • Trailer Size: – To suit PBS application and truck.  Up to 8.5m.
  • Body: – Constructed using high tensile aluminium plate with exclusive extrusions.
  • Chassis:  – Continously formed top flange and fully welded high tensile bottom flange with body supports.  Solid bright pivot bar in hardened steel bushes.
  • Floor: – Standard 8mm thick aluminium plate welded directly to the main beams and chamfered lower corner extrusion.
  • Sides: – 5mm thick Mill Bright aluminium plate welded to top coaming and lower corner extrusion.
  • Front Wall: – 6.3mm thick aluminium. 
  • Top Rail:  – Heavy duty tapered top extrusion.
  • Tailgate: – 5mm thick Mill Bright Aluminium plate with large heavy duty offset hinged with one-way swing. Available as a two-way swing option.
  • Splashguard: – Fitted to the full length of the trailer, incorporating LED side marker lights and anti-spray suppressant.
  • Back Section: – Manufactured from specially extruded sections which incorporates a replaceable rubber extrusion to reduce wear and provide a tight seal to the tailgate.
  • Turn Table: – Double row ballrace. 
  • Drawbar: – Heavy duty design with replaceable rubber bushes, 50mm weld-on tow eye, adjustable drawbar spring supports, throw over landing support leg and provision for spare wheel carrier.
  • Lighting: – LED lights to ADR45.
  • Hoist: – To suit truck make & application.  
  • Axles & Suspension: – Air bag suspension.  Drum or Disc as per customer specifications.
  • Brake Kit: EBS braking system.
  • Tyres & Wheels: – Sixteen 11r22.5 tubless trailer tyres on Aluminium forged wheels.  (Eight polished & eight machined).
  • Paint: – All steelwork is grit blasted, primed and finished with 2-pack polyurethane paint.
  • Tarp: – Powertarps PVC All-weather tarping system with electric motor.
  • Accessories: – Mudflaps, shovel hook holder, reflectors, Stainless Steel lid toolbox & Water tank.
  • Options: – Grain Doors / Sludge Locks / Rock Lining / Spill Tray / In-Cab PTO & Hoist alarms / Digital Weight Scales / Rock Lining and more.
